GitHub pages

I'm publishing my notes using GitHub pages. I've made some changes to make it work with the relative URLs. For example, CSS, avatar, and the links on the header need to be relative to the base URL because GitHub hosts the pages in a sub-directory.

But the links to the notes inside /notes still didn't work. They link to the root /notes. I tried to change the script that generates the links but without success.
