Issue Submitting Metadata

I am getting this notification trying to register metadata:
Registration failed because:
Internal Server Error

I was able two register two metadatas today, and now I am receiving this error.
All the required spaces are filled.

Are you able to share the metadata you are trying to submit and the url of the guide you are using?
