Long URLs can't be scrolled

When creating a new subscription the URL in the text field can't be scrolled at all.

We should make it scrollable and use a multiline text field.

When ICSx5 handles a long URL, it can not be reliably scrolled (and edited) but gets stuck before end of URL is reached.

Suggestion: make the line auto-expand to multiple lanes if URL is ling, like explained with video e.g. here: commons-app/apps-android-commons#6172
