With recent updates more and more configuration has been moved to the UI. Camera management will also be added but it is a lot to move and requires a lot on the backend for consolidation so there are not too many options for users. Currently this can all be done in the UIs built in configuration editor, which will check that the yaml is valid before saving and restarting

Hi ,
I'm new to Frigate, and trying to test it, first to use it on a small setup (2 onvif cameras) and if works, start some tests on a bigger environment (+180 cameras)
However, all camera setup is done manually on YAML files, that is it? really?
I have two onvif camera which any app automatically detect and does the setup (home assistant onvif integration included).
Where I inform only the user + password (onvif) .
Here I needed to figure out all sets and manually set all configuration on yaml.
Do not make it easily where to have effect I need to restart all system !?
There is no basic wizard to discovery all cameras, do the basic setup to make them functional and then if needed we tune them on yaml files?
Also, is there other way to refresh the configuration for a specific camera???
