cant get it to work

just sit on the character screen and over and over the name asks are You sure You want to leave d2r start it up with him in a game and it just leaves and says cant find the pointer. Maybe I'm doing it wrong or something?

Hello, your Char name might probably be wrong in the settings. it doesn't detect your player name correctly.
