there has to be something wrong in terms of (downloads) - missing something OR
there is something wrong in configuration to do with the actual coding OR
there is something wrong in my twilio account

I know its me. I'm missing something

I have used the phone numbers as such '+12xxxxxxxxx'

is that correct?
