Calendar booking conflicts #18857

I found some relevant information regarding CalDav (Beta) feature limitations in Cal.com. One known issue is that moved recurring calendar entries are not properly recognized, which can lead to double bookings. Additionally, a slow CalDav server can affect the booking page's performance. Each CalDav provider may require minor adjustments, and if the connection is not working, trying another calendar provider is recommended [1][2]. There is also a similar unsolved discussion about Cal.com allowing bookings over existing time slots, which might be related to your issue. You can view it here [3]. I add events "123" that lasts 7 hours to my calendar named "A" on iPhone.
In cal.com self host, this calendar A is the default add-to calendar inside an Event Type under Advanced, under Check for conflicts (by Event Type), under CalDav (Beta).
This means a section of My Availability should not be available due to this "123" event, while by default I should be available.
Upon browsing my Event Booking form, I'm still available during that 7 hours.
Is there something I need to set?
PS: I want to adjust my events in calendar "A" on my iPhone directly, without logging into cal.com, go to my "Event Types", select Availability, Edit My Availability, add Date overrides...
