Provide convenient way to link resources (Web Modeler like)

Describe the bug

On selecting the user task, I'm unable to get the link option on camunda modeler desktop. Find the version details below

Steps to reproduce

1. create a user task
2. create a camunda form
3. click on user task

Expected behavior

A blue linking option must appear to link that form created

Environment

Camunda Modeler system information

• Version: 5.20.0
• Operating System: Windows 10 amd64
• Plugins:
• Execution Platform: BPMN - Camunda 8

Thanks for opening this issue! What web modeler offers you is convenience on top of the existing linking mechanism for forms:

• In Camunda you link resources via their ID
• You create a form with ID MyForm
• You create a user task inside a BPMN
• You link by setting the Form ID in the user tasks Form section in the properties panel to MyForm

I agree that this additional convenience to link would be great to have in Desktop Modeler, too. I don't see this as a bug but a feature request though.
