@mbrush suggested this in the CCDH Internals call just now. Chris Mungall said there are tools for generating OWL from LinkML that might be able to help with this.

There might be a way of doing this with OLS. Might need to get cancerDHC/ccdhmodel#64 working first.

Might be doable with tags or you could turn it into a hierarchy.
