Wrong colours when hovering over title and feedback button

I spotted a couple of minor style issues:

1. When hovering over the site title, the underline is blue/purple (depending on whether the link has been visited. I expected the underline to match the text colour.

   

2. When hovering over the "Give feedback" button, the text and the underline become purple. I expected the text and the underline to be white. This only happens if I've previously visited the feedback link.
