Click on the columns to sort the items by that column. Be careful to retain the associations (use the hidden id column).

Should be able to click one to sort ascending, again for descending. (Again to remove sorting?)

Think about: Secondary/tertiary/... sorting?

Should some columns be sorted in reverse first?
