Describe the bug

When replying to a message with a spoiler it is shown as raw text.

Reproduction

  1. type a spoilered message ||spoiler||
  2. reply to it
  3. You will see spoiler contents

Expected behavior

Spoiler must not be visible in the reply

Platform and versions

1. OS: Devuan Daedalus
2. Browser: Firefox 115.4.0esr (64-bit)
3. Cinny version: v3.2.0 (app.cinny.in)
4. Matrix Homeserver: coven.palaiologos.rocks
