  • Disable gfxTextPerfMetrics in gfxTextRun.cpp (basically set RELEASE_BUILD #ifdef for this)

  • Anything calling ProvidesGlyphWidths() (or mUseFontGlyphWidths in gfxHarfBuzzShaper.cpp) can be statically predicted to false
