Unmet dependencies when updating to Humble 1.0

Wit the 1.0 release of Humble, a package moved and this is causing issues for existing installations when updating to it using APT as reported in #124 . The error is as follows:

 trying to overwrite '/opt/ros/humble/lib/liba200_hardware.so', which is also in package ros-humble-clearpath-platform 0.3.4-1jammy.20241031.165512

To fix it run sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/ros-humble-clearpath-hardware-interfaces_1.* && sudo apt-get --fix-broken install
