spacebar displays under top menu in Montgomery #116

Enabling I'm guessing its position is only determined once at its startup. And it does make sense to have it underneath an always present menubar. |

Actually the link you provided does list that option. See the last two options in the Dock & MenuBar section. |
The link is for Monterey, select Mojave :) |
Spacebar displays both under top menu and when a window is present (using yabai) it is also hidden underneath.
