System tray icon show/hide menu UI

I feel that the "Show Window" in system tray should change to "Hide Window" when the window is open and at the top of the screen to reduce confusion as the text is always the same. E.g I don't want to open another window, I want to close it but there is no close button on the window.

The only issue I see is that if the window is not in front and it says "Close Window" that will not make sense as the user is trying to see the window.

I hope that I am putting this in the right space. I was going to make it into an issue but I thought that it needed to be discussed first.
Also, I am using Debian OS.
