When Booking With Your Transition Advisor Directly Show Schedule

During the user tests, it is noticed that the "Who would you like to book with?" screen is displayed when booking with your transition advisor either from the profile page or the Book A TA notification. We would like the "When would you like to book your consultation?" page directly shown for these cases.
