Toggle block inserter Issue

Describe a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

• Ensure you have administrative access.

2. Navigate to the Pages section:

• From the WordPress sidebar, click on Pages > All Pages.

3. Edit a Page:

• Select any existing page or create a new one by clicking Add New.

4. Open the Block Inserter:

• In the page editor, click on the Toggle Block Inserter button (usually a "+" icon in the top-left or the editor sidebar).

5. Observe the Behavior:

• Instead of the block inserter loading, check if the error appears.

6. On your end, the error might display as:

• "The editor has encountered an unexpected error."

Expected behavior: Should be open Toggle block inserter
