ColorImage vs. FakeImage - discrepancy in documentation?

Hey everyone!
Small issue I ran into recently when trying to get previews to work in Jetpack Compose: https://github.com/coil-kt/coil/blob/66e561558c3f9380d9d37c1a46f52aae03e20bbe/coil-compose/README.md#previews

based on those docs, the approach is:

val previewHandler = AsyncImagePreviewHandler {
    ColorImage(Color.Red.toArgb())
}

CompositionLocalProvider(LocalAsyncImagePreviewHandler provides previewHandler) {
    AsyncImage(
        model = "https://example.com/image.jpg",
        contentDescription = null,
    )
}

However, ColorImage does not exist in the Compose module (at least import coil3.ColorImage is not resolving), it's in the testing one. Based on this PR: #2697, as well as: #2802, should we include the testing module in :app or should the docs be updated? Fine to put up a PR if docs need an update 👍

@ivanempire Ah yep, sorry! I was expecting to release 3.1.0 with ColorImage sooner, but it's taken a bit longer. For the moment keep using FakeImage. I think we need to figure out a better way to delay specific docs updates until the next release, though I'm not sure what the best way to do that is.
