Question about cbc barrier solver

Hello good folks of CBC,

There is a bscale parameter for CBC Barrier. The description here says "Whether to scale in barrier (and ordering speed) "

I was wondering

1. what "ordering speed" means here? Is it the same as https://www.gurobi.com/documentation/9.1/refman/barorder.html?
2. The range of possible options to set barscale to is off, on, off1, on1, off2, on2. What is the difference between on1 and on2 and is there a reason to prefer one over the other?
