Relax conda-build pinning

Currently conda-build is pinned to 24.3.0:

cuda-nvtx-feedstock/conda-forge.yml

Lines 17 to 19 in 9437f53

	remote_ci_setup:
	- conda-forge-ci-setup=4
	- conda-build=24.3

This was done to workaround ( #17 ) some issues encountered building this recipe ( #16 (comment) ) with the recently released conda-build version 24.5.0 ( conda/conda-build#5342 )

Once those issues are resolved, we should drop the lines above and re-render to relax the conda-build pinning here

Now that conda-build version 24.5.1 is out with a fix to this issue, let's try the new version
