Refine Feeds

Add a better place for feeds and lists. Maybe a drawer or sidebar. If we add a sidebar, we should add a sidebar to every page. Also publish some good feeds under the Coracle pubkey, and fetch them in the app. Place them in a "featured" feeds section somewhere, either on the feeds detail page, or in a sidebar.

Stuff that has to be accounted for:

• 1-2 clicks to load bookmarked/activated feeds
• Feed search bar
• Customize current feed
• Feed edit/delete/create
• List edit/delete/create
• Easily create feed from list
• Explore and bookmark feeds, use wot
• Easily share feeds and load/bookmark/explore shared feeds
