Aruba Switch compatibility #14

Add functionality to support using a Cisco or Aruba switch.

Update switch.go to configure Aruba switch if selected or Cisco switch if selected.

Cisco switch uses ip dhcp-excluded address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y to exclude range,
Aruba uses defined range when configuring dhcp pool.

VLAN/routing configurations look to be nearly identical.
