Feature request to make LibraryManager.tryCompiledLibraryElm public, not an issue

If it will not cause a problem, is there any way LibraryManager.tryCompiledLibraryElm can be made public so that we can use the precompiled elm in the Library resources to populate the LibraryManager and not have to translate the cql? Thanks!

Apologies for the delay. Are you seeing a scenario where the ELM is not used or ignored? It's supposed to prioritize using the ELM if it's present current.
