开启特效后拖动窗口，窗口随鼠标移动时会卡顿掉帧，显得不那么连贯

这个是使用WPF开发的，需要一定的显卡能力。

那么希望可以优化一下，比如说长按就位置提示就变色，没有点击特效，松手时再恢复位置提示的颜色，再放出打击特效
