Describe the problem

Recently some our html tests were flaky due to issues with httpbin, which has had increased response time and timing out issues.

Expected fix

I've currently skipped the tests, but we should consider ways to make them more reliable, possibly switching away from httpbin.

Closing as these code excerpts are now deprecated and are just being maintained to ensure analysis doesn't fail. Eventually they will be removed.
