CoreNote

CoreNote is an open-source planning software desktop application. It is built with the PyQt binding, PySide6 framework and coded in Python.

Current state

A stable version has been released in early March 2024, with nearly all the functionality of a task manager. CoreNote can be downloaded via the releases page, with no need to worry about having to install any supporting software.

Current features

  • Localisations for English and Czech, which can be changed anytime in the settings.
  • An overview window where latest tasks are displayed, along with date, time, and much more
  • Fully functional task management functionality, special task overview window
  • Fully functional calendar functionality, where you can also record notes for specific days
  • All data is saved in a compact JSON file, including basic user preferences
