Since this project started, a lot has changed. It might be a great time to refocus it. A few changes:

Move the project downstream of OSO.
Focus on augmenting OSO datasets with smaller datasets and making open tables for the core "entities" (project, round, grantee, ...).
Be opinionated with some dashboards / data presentation.
