Neonatal dHCP SHARD Pipeline

This repository contains the processing pipeline scripts used for the neonatal dMRI SHARD pipeline of the Developing Human Connectome Project (dHCP).

Dependencies:

• MRtrix3
• The SHARD-SVR motion correction module for MRtrix3.
• FSL
