Bug Report: Docker Desktop – Builds Not Deleting or Refreshing

Description

In Docker Desktop, builds are not being deleted as expected, and the build screen does not refresh properly to reflect changes.

Reproduce

1. Open Docker Desktop.
2. Navigate to the Builds section.
3. Attempt to delete a completed or failed build.
4. Observe that the build remains visible on the screen.

Expected behavior

Deleted builds should be removed from the list immediately.
The build screen should refresh automatically or manually to show the correct status.
