pg_dump / pg_restore azure flexible server

hi,

i've tested the backup restore which works pretty good, until the pg_restore stops at the end because a previously made dump with the backup also includes some user grants to pg_statistics and several other extensions.
that's why a had to "patch" the backup to export with option --no-acl ot -x (no privileges). i've created a pull request to general support configuring additional pg_dump options. may you have a look?

@mlauke Okay, the updated container image is now available in the main tag. Could you please test that? If everything works for you I'll release a new version for the container and the helm chart.

thx, 'll give them a try. i forgot some documention in the helm chart, so i created another PR
