If I noticed after printing that I didn't select the right filament, can I change it afterwards?

You can edit all the properties for a past print and even upload new photos. Click on the menu option on the right and select the Job History option. From the history list, click on the one you want to change and dialog appears to allow you to edit. Hope that helps.
