Paragraph frame with numbering

Hi, i am trying to generate frame with numeric list, but i cant create the right document structure.
Numbering can be only in a paragraph and if i do 2 paragraph, but how set them in one frame.
Field break in TextRun cant help, because text just drop new line, like shift+enter and new list line doesn't create.
