Strange error when patching document

Thank you for this great tool!

When patching documents - depending on the template.docx file (with footer and headers / created with MS Word) - we get strange errors:

• The result is a corrupted document, but reparable by Word when opening it.
• It happens only for certain templates (unfortunately not shareable): when removing parts of a concrete document template (the footer) it did not happen until we generated more than one image (then it happend again... strange)
• Opening the output with libreoffice did not show the error (but had other effect on our template (e.g. rotated texts etc.).

We are sorry for this vague question - but we debugged a lot and we cannot clearly state when it exactly happens! Any hint is greatly appreciated!
