add support for debian

there is no support for debian

we need to support debian, so we can automatically install .net sdk on this distro

Describe the solution you'd like

we can have a support from debian 8 and above
lets add support for debian distro which is upstream distro for ubuntu
it's highly compatible with ubuntu
