1. Uploading file with FlowUpload
2. The network has disconnected

Expected behaviour

Upload progress able to resume when the network was disconnected

Actual behaviour

Upload progress unable to resume (timeout)

computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:

Nextcloud version: 17.0.6

That version is extremely old. Neither we nor the Nextcloud devs support it anymore. Please update to version 20, 21 or 22 (see #305 , because we will update this app soon, wich might fix your problem)
Also note, that external storages are currently not supported.
