Similar to #1 (GPM IMERG design doc) I will create a design doc for a virtual icechunk store of MUR SST.

  • finished design doc
  • finished notebook documentation
  • cost estimation
  • STRETCH: publish documentation
  • work with PO.DAAC to determine next steps
