I would be interested in a feature which triggers a rebuild of an already built/installed module whenever the easybuild config is changed in a semantic way (no whitespace changes for example). This is useful for quick iteration of easybuild configs when a user does it for example, in context of user installations.
Technically one can do this by using a manual file modification check outside of easybuild, but that then also is sensitive to whitespace changes, and I would like to avoid that if possible.

Trigger rebuild on change of easybuild config

This feature could also be useful, for example, when a new patch has been added to an EasyConfig in a new EasyBuild release. Using this feature it would be easy to identify which EasyConfigs need to be rebuilt after the new EasyBuild release is installed.
