In the Hartnell era, the Food Machine was used very frequently. In the plugin, if you are empty handed, you could possibly spend Artron Energy and it'll give you a random piece of food. If you hold a glass bottle, it could fill it up with water. Possibly, if you have an empty bucket it could fill it with milk.
Could be a dispenser with a custom recipe?
