unusual case

Hey, found another unusual case.
I archived my console room (didn't show up in my saved consoles, so not sure what happened there) and left the tardis. Upon return it seems my door got unbound and I was instantly killed by suffocation. Lucky I had a back door installed. I decided to attempt a repair of my console, since I had a freebie, got the message that the console was repaired, and had the same issue. Changing my desktop theme resulted in my console room just disappearing completely, and my character being placed on a barrier block. Every console change results in the same issue, empty space placed on barrier block.

It should be noted I am using a secondary control panel to make this all happen.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this short of exterminating the tardis and starting from scratch?

Edit to add, no errors appeared in the console at any time during this sequence of events.

Ended up biting the bullet and evacuating the contents of my tardis and starting from zero. Not sure what happened, and why but might just avoid the archiving feature for a bit.
