Create an endpoint that returns just projects used by https://github.com/open-energy-transition/open-esd-analysis rather than all 2500 that OST scripts use.

Ideally we can extract the list of projects from the github repo (see this table: https://github.com/open-energy-transition/open-esd-analysis/tree/main?tab=readme-ov-file#the-challenge-identifying-reliable-and-impactful-tools) and then add a db flag to those projects and load them all in a single query
