We've had reports of the iOS testflight version of the app crashing "very regularly" with the note that "if you click on things it suddenly disappears and needs to restart".
I also experienced some of these issues on first install but cannot replicate the problem now, having both reinstalled Testflight, and also having updated my OS to iOS 11.2.
Please can you either confirm that this has been addressed so that I can close this issue, or take a look to see any possible cause/underlying requirements that might be helpful (e.g. do we recommend iOS 11, do we recommend more memory being available, do we recommend a wait time on first load?), and which might be added to the release notes and the website?

We've now had a further report of crashing in the iOS testflight version 2.1.3 (1). This has been replicated by significant clicking and tour switching on first use of the app. It doesn't seem to happen easily on subsequent usage.
Further details for replicating this issue: When you tap on the routing icon the route appears, but then subsequent tapping on a tour stop crashes the app on a fairly consistent basis.
Please note that if you show the path, then tap a tour stop, the app ALWAYS crashes. If you show a path, then toggle it off again, there is no issue with opening tour stops. The crash is evidently being caused by something associated with the display of the path on the map.
