This has already confused me more than once - the documentation needs a well-defined coordinate system figure with definitions of theta and phi, as well as the default polarization states at special angles.

This could be (grudgingly) overlooked when just reporting reflectances, but now that field visualization is going to be added it matters a great deal more.
