Description
Latency metric selection box on individual service overview page is missing an accessible name.

Preconditions
Observability -> APM >Services page ->click on individual service page
Use axe-core on page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Observability->APM->services->click on an individual service page
  2. Run axe-core through the page
  3. Notice the latency metric selection box on individual service overview page is missing an accessible name
