Weird strings on one of the fields in the application for a particular task

This issue is there on https://www.cyberrepublic.org/profile/task-detail/5bcf637d964c1800891d1e5a but it might be in more issues as well.
So, there's someone who has applied to this task. I click on "View" and then on the left, instead of showing the field description name, it shows a bunch of strings and numbers. Attached is the picture.
