Describe the bug
Backend crashes if clicking "Send robots to dock" when robot doesn't have inspection area

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have a robot without inspection area (Restarting isar and flotilla without running any mission means robot without inspection area)
Click "Send robots to dock"

Expected behavior
Should give error message, not crash
