Can provide info re. external DNS

Add the information from Cert CRD Status object

Update web-console:
Add to status column, add a new field re. renewal time/date
If possible - aggregate errors to frontpage

Tasks:

  • Grant radix-api access to list and get certificates (and possibly certificatesrequests and orders)
  • Add information about the certificate (status etc) in radix-api
  • Show certificate status in web console
