Add option to authenticate with azurecli and federated token

For easier use in github actions it would be nice to automatically authenticate using azurecli, client secret, or github identity / federated credentials.

For example kubelogin:

kubelogin get-token --login azurecli --server-id 6dae42f8-4368-4678-94ff-3960e28e3630
