To complete #10 we finally have to add management of genesets in the local genepool:

  • tracking of gene references used
  • removing unused genesets (not considering references)

The api has to provide endpoints to:

  • list local genesets
  • read a single geneset - including tracking info
  • delete a single geneset
  • remove all unused genesets at once
