Hey everyone! We're OP Stack core devs who want to help accelerate PeerDAS. We've been asking core devs what we can help with & heard that spinning up devnets at a large blob count could be useful, so we're working on it. Here's the current status:

  • We spun up a devnet with pectra & set up monitors for baseline metrics (will do the same for current fusaka code with lighthouse this week).
  • Running a fuzzer that incrementally sends two more blobs every 10min until 72.
  • Will share the grafana dashboard after it all finishes.

I'm curious what you think about this. In the call, please let us know which metrics you want to see and, if any, which scenarios you want to reproduce for research!

Call today (Mar 4) has been cancelled, as client teams are either focused on Holesky recovery or unavailable. Will move the call to next week (10am UTC).

Thanks @taempark for the agenda topic - feel free to start async discussion on #peerdas-testing R&D, or we can talk about it in the next call!
